CATEGORY OBJECTIVE
To recognise an exceptional contribution to radio in New Zealand by an individual radio broadcasting professional.

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION
This recognises a broadcaster who has made the sort of impact (generally over a lengthy period, but not always), that influences and enhances the way we broadcast and operate as radio broadcasters.
Candidates will come from every branch of the medium including on-air, other craft groups, management and ownership.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

WRITTEN DEMONSTRATION
Nominations can be made supported by a written submission not exceeding 200 words. 

JUDGING CRITERIA

A - 10 POINTS
Evidence of the individual’s professionalism and overall contribution to the radio industry.

B - 10 POINTS
The extent to which this contribution has enhanced or influenced the medium in New Zealand.
